慈濟大學錄取之合格學生，不會因年齡、性別、性別認同、性取向、種族、身心障礙、膚色、宗教信仰和民族或種族而有所歧視，並皆應享有學校給予或提供給學生的所有權利、課程和活動。慈濟大學的教育政策、錄取政策、獎學金和貸款計劃等，亦不會根據年齡、性別、性別認同、性取向、種族、身心障礙、膚色、宗教信仰和民族或種族而有所區分。

Tzu Chi University admits qualified students of any age, gender, sexual orientation, race, disability, color, religion, and national or ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school. It does not discriminate on the basis of age, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, race, disability, color, religion, or national or ethnic origin in administration of its educational policies, admissions policies, scholarship and loan programs, and other school administered programs.
